- Candidates who qualify in the Mains exam will be eligible for the interview round. The interview will be held for 150 marks.
- Only those who will score a minimum of 40% marks in each written paper and 50% marks in the aggregate (general category) will be called for viva- voce.
- The minimum qualifying percentage for SC/ST/PWD category is 35%. If you belong to the reserved category, you must secure at least 45% marks to be eligible for the final

Preliminary Examination
- The prelims exam shall be of objective type with multiple- choice questions.
- The question paper of the preliminary examination consists of 125 questions, each with four marks.
- The marking scheme of the Prelim’s exam is that each question carries four marks, and for each wrong answer, you get a -0.8 mark.

- In order to be eligible to take the personality test, candidates for the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Service must first demonstrate that they have achieved success in passing the mains examination.

- No candidate shall be allowed to appear in the Mains Examination unless he/she secures a minimum of 150 marks (100 marks for all reserved category candidates) in the Preliminary Examination out of 500 marks.

Punjab Judiciary Viva Voce Pattern
- The Viva-Voce shall carry 100 marks, and the final result shall be prepared based on the Grand Total of the marks obtained by the candidates in the Mains Written Examination and the Viva-Voce.
- Only the candidates securing at least a 50% score (45% marks for the SC/BC/Physically Handicapped, Pb. category candidates) in all the written papers are eligible for the viva
- The Viva-Voce shall relate to matters of general interest and is intended to test the candidate’s alertness, intelligence and general outlook.

Interview (35 Marks)
- A personal Interview or Viva-voce is the third and final stage in the selection process for the RJS exam. The interview is conducted for a total of 35 marks.
- ln interviewing a candidate, the suitability for employment to the service shall be tested with reference to his record at the School, College and University, and his character, personality, address and physique.
- The questions, which may be put to him, may be of a general nature and will not necessarily be academic or legal. The candidate will also be put questions to test his general knowledge including knowledge of current affairs and present-day problems.
- Marks shall also be awarded for the candidate’s proficiency in the Rajasthani dialects and his knowledge of social customs of Rajasthan. The marks so awarded shall be added to the marks obtained in the written test by each candidate.

- The Commission reserves the right to refuse to call for an Interview any candidate who has not obtained such marks in the Law Papers as to justify such refusal.

Introduction
The Uttarakhand Judicial Services Examination is also known as the Uttarakhand Civil Judge Junior Division (CJ JD) Exam.
- The competitive exam is conducted by Uttarakhand Public Service Commission to recruit candidates for the post of Civil Judge of the Uttarakhand state.
